When does my service begin?Your service will begin once we have your key(s).

What information do I have to provide to sign up?We require your address, email and a 4-digit PIN number of your choice.

Will you unlock my door for me?We are a storing and a key delivery service, we do not assist with the unlocking of doors.

How long will I receive the discounted price if I signed up for the annual term?You will receive the discounted rate for as long as you continue the service. If you stop the service, the discount will be forfeited.

Can I add an authorized user?Yes. You may add up to two individuals over the age of 18 to your account. Email or call us to add another persons email.

Will Keysurance store/deliver more than one key?Yes. The storage of one key is included in the fee for the annual subscription. Additional keys may be stored for $0.50 per key.

How are my keys stored?Your keys are stored in our secure Keysurance safe.

What if I forget my verification number or I no longer use the email I provided at the time of purchasing the service?It is the responsibility of the customer to retain the above information. If the eamil and/or PIN associated with the account cannot be verified, you will need to answer a set of security questions associated with your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?Yes, you can cancel at any time.

Is there a subscrition cancellation fee?No.

Can I cancel a delivery if I find my keys?Of course! Please call us as soon as you find them, a small fee of $5 will be charged if the driver has already been dispatched.

How much is delivery?The delivery fee is $40 as long as you are within 5 miles of the zipcode used in the initial purchse of the subscription. If outside of 5 miles an additional fee may be added.

How long will the driver wait for me to retrieve my key?Our drivers will wait up to 10 minutes for you to retrieve your key. And another 10 minutes for you to return the key back to the driver.
