Here at Keysurance we are concerned about your safety. When a delivery is requested, to ensure the security and safety of our customers, we must be able to verify each customer with the information they provided at the time the service was purchased. Such as answers to security questions and the 4- digit pin chosen by the customer. The customer must verify the above information prior to delivery. Keysurance takes precautions to protect your information.

Terms of Service
Keysurance is storing service. When requested by the customer we will deliver the item within a ten-mile radius. We do not unlock doors for our customers. The customer must retrieve the key upon delivery and once the door is unlocked the key may be returned to the driver, kept by the customer, or sent back to our storehouse at a later time. It is important to note that the service/ autopay will continue even if you have not returned your keys to us unless you cancel your service.
To Cancel
You may cancel your account at anytime. If you no longer wish to use our service please call the number provided to you upon purchase of service to cancel. We require 30 days notice. If you have prepaid for any services the balance will be returned to you in the form of payment made. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. If you were given a promotional rate at the time of purchase please note that rate will be forfeited should you decide to sign up for our service again in the future.
